Transaction concluded on TBSP market are cleared by professional entity: KDPW_CCP. The following transactions are mandatory cleared by central counterparty:

• Cash market (outright),
• Repo classic (conditional market).

In the case of the above-mentioned transactions, clearing instructions are sent to the KDPW_CCP online, immediately after the transaction is concluded.

BSB/SBB (conditional market) are not cleared by the CCP. In this case, the settlement instructions are sent by BondSpot at the end of the day on which the transactions were concluded, except for transactions for which the settlement date of the opening transaction is T+0. For such transactions, instructions are sent three times a day (at 10.00, 12.30 and 15.00).

Trade Registration Facility (concluded using RFQ functionality) are not cleared by the CCP (applies to both the cash market and conditional transactions).
