The market has been run by the Company for over ten years. Trading on Regulated Market is done via investment firms which can act on the market on their own account or on clients’ account. Other eligible institutions, banks, can trade exclusively on their own account. Trades concluded on the Market are settled via the National Depository for Securities and are subject to Settlement Guarantee Fund.
As a regulated market, it offers access to a broad investor base including pension funds, insurance companies, investment funds, asset managers as well as retail clients.
Regulated Market comprises the following segments:
- Fixed Income - with a pool of instruments that includes mortgage bonds, municipal bonds, corporate bonds, bank bonds, and Treasury bonds (fixed income securities listed on the regulated market are a part of the Catalyst system)
