Please be informed that Treasury BondSpot Poland Market Rules have been changed by the Management Board of BondSpot S.A.

The above mentioned changes will come into force as of March 11th, 2021, subject to the case specified in the attached resolution of BondSpot’s Management Board.

The above mentioned changes are related to extension of deadline for confirmation of conclusion of transactions referred to § 27a and § 27b of the Treasury BondSpot Poland Market Rules (cash market only), from 30 to 120 seconds.
