Please be informed that Treasury BondSpot Poland Market Rules have been changed by the Management Board of BondSpot S.A. 

The changes are associated with description of Proposals partially disclosed in the order book placed on the cash market.

The changes will come into force after 14 days, however not earlier than enforceability date of the KNF`s decision releasing BondSpot S.A. from the obligation to disclosure of information referred to article 8 (1) of the Regulation (EU) No. 600/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council regarding pre-trade transparency for orders held in an order management facility, in accordance with article 9 (1) (a) of this Regulation.
