On 21 April 2018, the Act of 1 March 2018 amending the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments and certain other acts (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 685) comes into force, implementing, inter alia, MiFID II to the Polish legal order.
In connection with the above, we would like to inform You that pursuant to art. 21 of the said Act, as of 21 April 2018 the Treasury BondSpot Poland market will become a Multilateral Trading Facility within the meaning of the Act on Trading in Financial Instruments. At the same time, entities that are participants in the TBSP electronic market for Treasury securities will gain the status of participants of the Multilateral Trading Facility operating on TBSP in the unchanged scope.
