Please be informed that the Management Board of BondSpot S.A., adopted the resolution on the periodical exemption from the fees applicable on the Regulated Market organized by BondSpot S.A. in the period from 1 July 2011 to 31 December 2011.

Exemption from fees, referred to in part I Sec. 1, part II and III Appendix 2 to Rules of Trading on the Regulated Market, concerns members who will submit an application for admission or notification of intention to operate on the market in the above mentioned period.
