Please be informed  that on January the 4th, 2010 our company received an appropriate consent of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority for change in the Management Board made by Supervisory Board on November the 13th 2009 .
According this appropriate consent, Mrs. Teresa Rogalska became the Vice President of the Management Board.
