Please be informed that Treasury BondSpot Poland Market Rules have been changed by the Management Board of BondSpot S.A.: https://www.bondspot.pl/TBSPoland_regulations_en

The above mentioned changes will come into force on January 1st, 2025, subject to the case specified in the attached resolution of BondSpot’s Management Board.

The main changes concern:

1) The obligation to inform all Participants about the ongoing cancellation procedure (article 2 point 7 in Annex O of the TBSP Market Rules),

2) Introducing the possibility of disclosing the counterparty in the case of disputed cancellation (article 2 point 7a in Annex O of the TSP Market Rules and Annex J2 - Participation Information Card Template),

3) Fees for cancellation of the transaction (section I.A point 1.3 and section III points 1-3 in Annex P of TBSP Market Rules),

4) Editorial changes concerning general collateral transactions (article 5 Annex R of the TBSP Market Rules).
