Please be informed that at the request of PEKAO BANK HIPOTECZNY S.A. to exclude from trading public bearer covered bonds of the NPLZ-01 series, marked with the ISIN code PLBPHHP00218, a resolution was adopted on:

1) foreclosure from trading of the above-mentioned covered bonds in the Alternative Trading System on Catalyst as of February 28, 2024;

2) specifying for the covered bonds referred to in point 1, the date of the last quotation as February 27, 2024.
