Please be informed that the Management Board of BondSpot S.A., adopted the resolution on the periodical exemption from the fees applicable in the Alternative Trading System in the period from 1 April 2012 to 31 December 2012.

Exemption from fees, referred to in § 2 Sec. 2 and 3 Appendix 4 to Alternative Trading System Rules, concerns ASO Members who will submit an application for admission or notification of intention to operate on the Market in the above mentioned period.
