INFORMATION concerning introduction to trading in the Alternative Trading System organized by BondSpot S.A. (Catalyst) bearer bonds issued by GHELAMCO INVEST Sp. z o.o.
Referring to Resolution no 163/11 of the Management Board of the BondSpot S.A. on the introduction and designation of the first day of trading in the Alternative Trading System on Catalyst for the series B of bonds issued by GHALEMCO INVEST Sp. z o.o., please be informed that conditions laid down in this resolution have been met. The final number of introduced and listed bonds is 500. Listing of bonds will begin at 13:00 today.
