Please be informed that according to information obtained from Polish Ministry of Finance May 16’2016 will not be included in 5 hours obligation to submit TS quotation (MMO) and in the calculation of assessment of quality of TS quotation for each TSD and applicant for the status of TSD and Market Maker.
