The first day of trading of bonds issued by PKO FINANCE AB (publ) on the Alternative Trading System was determined.

Please be informed that as of 22 November 2011 a series 1 of bearer bonds issued by PKO FINANCE AB (publ) will be traded in the Alternative Trading System organized by BondSpot S.A.

It will be the first issue of bonds denominated and traded in euros.
