The mission of BondSpot S.A. is to provide competitive services in organizing trading of debt and derivative instruments, meeting the needs of market participants.

The vision of BondSpot S.A.
is to build (within the GPW Group) a strong brand with a leading role in organizing trading of debt and derivative instruments in the long and interest rate areas, and to provide effective support for the debt instrument markets of the GPW Group to meet the needs of issuers, investors, and trading intermediaries.

Our company's strategy is primarily based on the demand and challenges directly arising from the market and its participants; we intensively analyze market participants' behaviors. We aim to be flexible to meet the expectations of our customers, both current and future. We track trends, enhance existing services we offer, implement new solutions and ideas.

Main directions of the BondSpot Strategy:

• Strengthening existing key business areas by:
- developing current outright and conditional transaction segments on the TBSP market in the interbank market area through providing a competitive products and by activating participants
• Developing new services based on competitive advantages,
• Utilizing the potential of the TBSP market to develop new areas:

  • All-to-All Market
  • Interest Rate Derivatives market

• Developing technology to support our markets by:
- providing a modern transaction system to develop product offerings and reaching a new market segments and participants
• An efficient use of resources within the GPW Group by:
- collaborating with GPW and GPW Benchmark in the distribution and contribution of market data and the development of informational services providing.
