The company’s supreme governing body is General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS). All shareholders have the right to participate at the General Meeting of Shareholders. The General Meeting of Shareholders is responsible for amending the Company’s Articles of Association, electing members of the Supervisory Board and electing the President of the Management Board.

The Supervisory Board is responsible for overseeing the Company’s activities. The Supervisory Board is composed of six members: representatives of the WSE - leading Company’s shareholder, representatives of the Ministry of Finance as well as representatives of banks and brokerage houses.

The Management Board is responsible for managing the Company’s activities, admitting securities on the markets operated by the Company and supervising members activity on these markets.
The Management Board is composed of two members, all Management Board’s activities are managed by its President.
